My Desert Safari Dubai (hereafter referred to as "MDS," "we," "us,"
or "our") is a subsidiary company of Rayna Tours and Travels, a
Dubai-based destination management company. We have made every
possible rational effort to provide you with a pleasant experience
navigating our website and booking an adventure with us. But make
sure you acquaint yourself with the following terms and conditions
before you proceed to make a tour reservation. It is because by
booking a desert safari through MDS, you explicitly agree that you
clearly understand and abide by these terms and conditions.
DESERT SAFARI BOOKING TERMS

Our website provides information on different types of
desert safari tours.

As a part of Rayna Tours and Travels, we endeavor to offer our
clients both all-inclusive and individual services in accordance
with their unique travel needs.

All customers who wish to make reservations with MDS must be at
least 18 years of age. Moreover, the user must furnish accurate
and complete details to confirm the tour reservation.

It is up to the sole discretion of MDS to take any step, including
the cancellation of a reservation, without any prior indication to
the customer, particularly if it is revealed to us that the
inquiry made by a customer was unauthorized, provided wrong
information, or distorted the facts.

The information on desert packages, pricing, inclusions, and other
details listed on the website is subject to alterations or
amendments without prior notice.

You should not avail yourself of our products and services if you
do not agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined by MDS.
REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
For a smooth safari experience, you may be asked to carry a valid ID
in the form of a passport.
PRICING & PAYMENT METHODS

All prices mentioned on this website are in UAE Dirhams (AED), and
they are inclusive of all taxes.

We have the complete right to change the pricing without prior
notice.

We reserve the complete right to make alterations or amendments to
the tour itinerary that may reflect the pricing of our services.

We accept payments online using a Visa or MasterCard credit or
debit card.
DISCLAIMER, USE OF INFORMATION, AND INDEMNITY

All proprietorship rights relating to MDSD and any proprietary
information or material thereof, such as trade name, business
license, logo, content, image files, and software, are and shall
always remain with MDS. You are restricted from copying or using
our information for unlawful purposes.

We have made reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and
authenticity of the information mentioned on our website. But they
do not carry any guarantee or warranty testifying their
correctness and exactness. So we shall not be answerable or
accountable for any significant or incidental loss you may suffer
after referring to our website.

You agree not to utilize our proprietary information other than to
promote or sell our services as referenced in the contract.

By entering into an agreement with us, you agree to indemnify
MDSD, along with its employees, representatives, and officers,
from all kinds of liabilities that may occur directly or
indirectly due to the breach of this agreement or as a result of
your or your employees’ deliberate misconduct or negligence in

LIABILITY

In no event shall our overall liability to you or your customers
exceed the booking’s original value at which the loss occurred.

We shall not be responsible for any loss due to credit card fraud
or negligence on your part in money transactions. If such a
situation emerges, MDS should not be held liable for any refund or
repayment.

Our guests are responsible for taking care of their personal
belongings like phones and cameras, and MDS shall not be liable
for any damage caused.

MDS shall take any responsibility if your computer or software is
damaged due to virus attacks or technical faults following the
download of any information from our website.

We are not liable for any loss you may suffer due to reasons
beyond our control, mainly force majeure and government laws.
CANCELLATION OF A BOOKING

If you have to cancel or amend your booking, a fee may be
applicable depending on the circumstance.

If you or any group member cannot show up before the pre-scheduled
desert safari timing, 100% of your desert safari charge shall be
forfeited. No full or partial refund or rebooking is possible in
this case.

If your booking is canceled due to a reason beyond our control
(such as force de majeure, pandemic, or change in government
rules), no refund shall be made in this case.

MDS shall take any responsibility if your computer or software is
damaged due to virus attacks or technical faults following the
download of any information from our website.

If MDS cancels a desert safari due to technical issues, we shall
take all reasonable steps to reschedule your desert safari or
provide a full refund as per the guests’ choice.
REFUND POLICY
A refund will be made for the cancellation of only those bookings:
- Wherein we have received the full payment
- Eligible for a refund as per the terms and conditions
DATA PROTECTION
All data collected as part of your account registration or the use
of our products or services shall be utilized as per our privacy
policy. So ensure you thoroughly read, carefully understand, and
completely agree with our privacy policy before you disclose any
sensitive or vital information concerning you or your customers.
DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS
Should you have any travel-related queries or face any difficulties
during the safari or overall experience, we request that you
immediately bring them to the MDS staff's attention. They will
revert to you with a practical yet sensible solution. Any
disagreement or claim arising from or in connection with this
website or our services is construed and administered under UAE law.
